I loved growing up in a small town, and the community feel that a population of 900 some people. With this child hood I became a part of many organizations.
I was an active member of Forestburg Dance Society for twelve years, competing in the disciplines of ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and productions.
As well I competed in Hastings Coulee 4-H Beef Club for nine years raising projects of breeding heifers market steers and cow calf projects. I also held the positions of president, vice president, secretary, district representative, and club reporter. I was the district secretary for Flagstaff District in my senior years additionally.
